What's the difference between a bookkeeper and a CPA?

A bookkeeper keeps your day-to-day financial records accurate and current — reconciling accounts, categorizing transactions, and producing monthly reports. A CPA typically handles tax filing and formal advisory work. Clean books make your CPA's job faster and cheaper, which is why the two work well together.

Do I need to be located in Orange County to work with you?

No. Everything is managed securely in the cloud on QuickBooks Online, so we can work together without in-person meetings. Orange County is home base, and local clients are always welcome to meet.

What accounting software do you use?

QuickBooks Online. It gives you secure, real-time access to your own numbers whenever you want them, rather than waiting on a monthly file from someone else.
